This agreement is a legal contract between you and Kuaimiao VPN (the 'Service Provider') regarding downloading, installing, and using the mobile VPN application (the 'App').

By downloading or using the App, you confirm that you have read and agreed to this agreement. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, translate, distribute, or create derivative versions of the App or related trademarks without authorization. The App and related intellectual property belong to the Service Provider or its licensors. To maintain service quality, we may adjust features, plans, or pricing and will notify users where appropriate. You are responsible for device security and account confidentiality; jailbreaking, rooting, or installing untrusted plugins may cause service issues or security risks.

This Service integrates some necessary third-party services (such as Google Analytics, Firebase Crashlytics, etc.). During use, you are simultaneously bound by the respective terms of service of these partners.

Service limitations: the App depends on stable Wi-Fi or mobile data. The Service Provider is not responsible for losses caused by unpaid device plans, poor signal, operating system restrictions, exhausted data allowances, or third-party platform policies. Mobile carriers may charge additional fees when you use mobile data, roaming, or international networks. Please confirm billing authorization and carrier fees before use.

Users are responsible for their own usage behavior, including compliance with local laws, platform rules, and network service terms. We try to provide accurate node status and routing information, but some data may come from third-party services or real-time measurements and cannot be guaranteed in every region at all times. The App may release updates for security and compatibility, and you agree to install new versions when necessary. The Service Provider may suspend or terminate service for operational or compliance reasons; after termination, you must stop using and delete the App.
